All of seeds are non-GMO and they use the safest growing methods to provide customers with the tastiest and healthiest microgreens. They grow hydroponically on a coco coir medium so there is no soil to rinse off. The microgreens are sold with the greens still attached to the coco coir so they remain fresh and nutritious for a longer period of time compared to pre-cut microgreens.
